Refunds
Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only provided if:
You receive a damaged product, or
You receive the wrong product.
Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
No Refunds for
- Opened/used products
- Taste preferences
- Courier delays
- Wrong address or unreachable customer
- Complaints after 24 hours
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
